Sample riddles of geometric figures

This week you will need to write a geometry math riddle.  Here are some polygon sample riddles from an elementary class to give you an idea of what you might do.

I have one pair of parallel lines.
I used to be a triangle
The first part of my name people use to catch stuff with.
You can cut a hexagon in half and get me.  What am I?

I am a polygon.

I am a quadrangle with two pairs of equal sides

I am not a parallelogram.

I have no right angles.

I have nine sides.

My name ends with an n.

I do not have parallel sides.

I am not an octagon.

Every person will have a different topic from the following list

The first page will contain your riddle and then it will flip open to reveal the name of the geometric figure,an accurate drawing of the figure (use degrees and marks of congruence as appropriate) and two complete sentences that describe how to draw the figure.

A pentagon has 5 sides---a nonagon has 9 sides
