I've been research what other people are saying about creating real interactivity within an online class. Sue Waters has some excellent ideas in her post , and while they are specific to using Elluminate, I think they will still work within the Moodle classroom I'm setting up.
One of my ideas is to try and provide a PPT summary/highlights audio file. Within that file, I think I'd love to interview "experts" on the topic of that week to infuse something beyond the textbook reading and my PPT. I guess a reason to listen to the summary?
So here's a request to my readers....what is the #1 thing you'd like from your online instructor? What could I incorporate into my classroom that would make you find the class more useful?
